A note on money
Poolsy uses Stripe to collect pledges and send the pot to the payout target. At checkout each entrant sees their entry, Stripe's card processing (2.9% + 30¢) and Poolsy's 2.5% fee listed separately — for example a $20 entry is charged $20.00 + $0.88 + $0.50 = $21.38. Because both fees are added on top, the full pot goes to the winner, couple, parents, or cause you chose.
